The purpose of the 40 Mile project is to provide a means for people to reach out for contact or prayer for themselves or someone else when they know that person is suffering because of illness or loss. Filling out this contact form will give our Prelates and Prayer Team the ability to communicate with you and them. We, the Prelates, need to know both your information and the information of the person you’re telling us about. Yours so that we can follow up, and theirs so we know who we’re praying for.
